Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and control stores operations to ensure accurate inventory and full material traceability through maintenance system control and strict procedure adherence.
  • •Maintain compliance with CAR-145/EASA Part-145 requirements for material handling, storage, certification, and release.
  • •Monitor and coordinate daily stores activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch, ensuring regulatory approval prior to acceptance.
  • •Ensure correct documentation, packaging, certification, and industry-standard adherence for dispatched materials, including segregation of serviceable/unserviceable and hold/quarantine items.
  • •Drive KPIs and resolve discrepancies, shortages, damages, or incorrect supplies; support AOG needs by ensuring timely availability and prioritisation of critical materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years) and/or Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • •Experience in airline or MRO stores/materials operations, including inventory control, material handling, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Hands-on experience with AMOS (or equivalent MRO system) and exposure to CAR-145/EASA Part-145 environments, including support for AOG operations.
  • •Strong working knowledge of AMOS (or equivalent) and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • •Supervisory experience in warehouse/stores operations preferred; EASA Part-145 / CAR-145 awareness training and Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA DGR) certification preferred.
