  • •Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, escalate incidents immediately, and support follow-up investigation, root cause, and CAPA.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to quality/GMP standards, escalate quality issues/deviations immediately, and support follow-up investigation, root cause, and CAPA.
  • •Drive Right First-Time performance on batch documentation and ensure full compliance to training SOPs and OJTs.
  • •Own line OEE and waste performance: follow escalation for line stoppages and under-target OEE, raise improvement opportunities, and ensure hourly OEE reporting updates.
