Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive logistical and operational support for local and regional localization stakeholders across production, QA, and development partners.
  • •Manage and optimize asset flow tracking and coordination across multiple tools, serving as a point of contact for development teams during standard working hours.
  • •Own language-related internationalization efforts by identifying linguistic risks, recommending culturally appropriate content, and collaborating with developers to build localization-friendly foundations.
  • •Support tooling and pipelines, including process documentation, feature testing oversight, and synthesized feedback collection.
  • •Ensure certification and compliance readiness by verifying Arabic localization deliverables meet platform requirements and regional standards, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of experience in localization, production coordination, QA, or related fields in gaming or media.
  • •Native or near-native fluency in Arabic, with strong English communication skills.
  • •Expert organizational and communication skills to manage complex tasks across diverse stakeholders and platforms.
  • •Mastery of localization tools and workflows (e.g., TMS, CAT tools, Jira, CMS, Confluence) and ability to optimize these systems.
  • •Advanced understanding of internationalization principles and/or platform certification processes (an added advantage).
