Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain process specifications, equipment setup sheets, SOP/SOS, control plans, PFMEAs, work instructions, and training materials.
  • •Support NPI builds and product transfers by leading tooling readiness, process validation, capability studies, and production release activities.
  • •Improve FPY, OEE, throughput, changeover time, rework, scrap, and labor productivity using SPC, DOE, defect Pareto analysis, and structured root-cause methods.
  • •Coordinate equipment reliability by setting preventive/predictive maintenance requirements, monitoring calibration and equipment health, and supporting spare parts and recovery plans.
  • •Create and maintain material/drawing and BOM data (ProEngineer/Creo/PTC/TeamCenter and SAP BOM), manage fixture/tooling sourcing, and plan CapEx/automation projects; mentor technicians.
