Job Summary

Lead the GenAI Platform engineering team as a builder-leader, owning delivery and quality while guiding day-to-day ways of working. •Lead the GenAI Platform team day-to-day as a builder-leader, driving delivery, quality, team development, and effective ways of working.
•Own execution of the platform roadmap across LLM gateway, agentic runtime, MCP layer, data retrieval, evaluation tooling, and the hybrid architecture transition.
•Manage stakeholder relationships with Data & AI Products to ensure roadmap priorities are shaped by product demand.
•Drive active hiring for the team and build resourcing plans to deliver the technical vision.
•Partner with SRE on reliability standards, incident management, and production readiness for platform services.

•Deep technical expertise in AI infrastructure, enabling you to make relevant architecture and technical decisions and engage in hands-on discussion with the team.
•Experience managing senior, highly autonomous engineers and leading teams through major technical change while maintaining delivery velocity.
•Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
•Strong platform engineering understanding across both platform and data/ML-heavy ecosystems.
