Job Summary

Serve as a strategic advisor and platform visionary for Salesforce’s most complex public sector and enterprise accounts in Israel. Lead enterprise-scale architecture across strategic customers, coordinating multiple architects and guiding solution vision from requirements through delivery. Advise C-suite stakeholders on adopting Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered automation, partner with engagement/project teams on scalable implementations, and help grow the practice through mentoring and pre-sales contributions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise-scale architecture across strategic accounts by coordinating multiple architects, aligning on solution vision, and guiding customers from requirements through delivery.
•Act as a trusted C-suite advisor shaping how customers adopt Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered automation to transform business processes.
•Partner with engagement managers and project teams to review implementation approaches, manage risks proactively, and ensure scalable solutions follow platform best practices.
•Grow the team and practice by mentoring architects, contributing to pre-sales, building internal knowledge, and representing Salesforce values through community and volunteering.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as an architect with demonstrated leadership driving digital transformation in large, complex, matrixed organizations.
•Hands-on experience across enterprise architecture domains, including cloud platforms, integration technologies, Data Cloud, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent orchestration.
•Comfort designing and deploying AI-powered and agentic solutions and guiding customers in evaluating emerging technologies for real business use cases.
•Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
•Salesforce credentials such as Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Architect, plus Salesforce Industries or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe).
