Build long-term customer relationships by proactively reaching out to existing and prospective clients across in-person, phone, and other channels. Provide a consultative sales and service experience, tailoring recommendations to customers’ financial needs. Maintain product/process knowledge, collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues, and use customer credit data to guide appropriate solutions. Also process teller transactions while following risk and ethics policies.
