Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services across construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met.
  • •Direct cost management project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to support project outcomes.
  • •Manage invoicing processes using D365, including reviewing invoice data and coordinating with finance for timely submission and approval.
  • •Lead cost reporting, post-contract cost reviews, and value engineering and life cycle costing exercises.
  • •Oversee commercial negotiations, contract administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (e.g. cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant).
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills; people management experience is a plus.
  • •Strong business acumen with ability to drive client outcomes and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines.
  • •Experience in client management in a client-facing environment with advisory skills for value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing; Proficiency in Cost-X or similar cost estimation software.
