Drive and oversee complex Commercial Real Estate loan closings, ensuring integrity of due diligence and closing documentation across concurrent transactions. Serve as a control point for compliance requirements (e.g., Flood and OFAC) and coordinate reviews with deal teams, lenders, borrowers, legal counsel, and third parties. Manage closing checklists, statements, and post-closing exceptions, provide quality control, and mentor junior loan closers while improving closing processes and mitigating risk.
