Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor while upholding Fitness First brand standards.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise and deliver high-quality personal training programs with safe exercise instruction.
  • •Complete MY ZONE, 6D and RISE certifications via the Fitness First Education Academy and stay current with fitness industry developments.
  • •Perform across Fitness KPIs and maintain required administrative processes for training and new member induction sessions.
  • •Use member feedback channels appropriately, support club events, and actively promote Fitness First services to maximize membership value.

Key Requirements

  • •A level or equivalent secondary education.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards/enrolled.
  • •Strong knowledge of MY ZONE and ability to apply training in sessions.
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing CPD requirements.
  • •Ability to deliver personal training programs and support members through sessions safely and effectively.
