Lead Store Advisor, Suburban Square (Philadelphia)

Lead day-to-day store operations by driving sales performance, supervising and mentoring Store Advisors, and maintaining operational excellence. You’ll oversee customer interactions, support inventory management (ordering and stock accuracy), and execute visual merchandising to create a premium shopping experience. Serve as the primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management on product flow and store system functionality, and train the team on back-of-house processes while collaborating cross-functionally to improve store success.
