Job Summary

Lead governance, maintenance, and integrity of Pricing, Finance, and Transportation master data across enterprise systems. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with business rules and SOX-related controls, troubleshoot complex data issues, and drive process leadership and continuous improvement. Partner with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and others to translate requirements into scalable master data solutions, manage deployments, and serve as the master data subject-matter expert while coaching and developing a team of analysts.

•Establish and maintain data standards, controls, and business rules aligned to enterprise policies and audit requirements, including SOX-related controls.
•Analyze complex master data issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions to ensure timely resolution.
•Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of master data processes, leveraging automation and standardization where applicable.
•Develop and coach a team of analysts by setting priorities, monitoring workload, supporting performance management, and ensuring high-quality execution.

•Ability to troubleshoot pricing and financial data issues across the transaction lifecycle.
•Working knowledge of SAP pricing structures (condition tables, access sequences, condition types, pricing procedures) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
