Senior Professional Nurse - High Care

Support the Unit Manager to ensure a safe, positive client experience by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery. Provide direct patient care and mentor new and student nurses in the unit. Deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care, manage the client experience, optimize staffing resources, and help build staff competence through assessment and development. Assist with operational expense management, including stock and capital.
