Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring design data into the manufacturing environment and influence product architecture in cooperation with the design office using an operator-centric approach.
  • •Participate in building industrial concepts for the product range, producing an optimized and balanced line system.
  • •Work in simulation of the industrial system, performing analysis and providing improvement solutions to the shop floor based on data.
  • •Make decisions and choices that impact the final product and industrial system from development to serial phase.
  • •Collaborate within an Operations transformation toward the Factory of the Future and embody the Industrial Strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in Manufacturing, Production Lines Development and Execution.
  • •Ability to apply a Digital Twin approach in an industrial environment.
  • •Curious and rigorous, recognized as a great team player.
  • •Diverse academic and non-academic background.
  • •Programming and project management skills would be a strong asset.
