Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Level 3/Level 4 integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 to ADNOC Offshore requirements.
  • •Establish WBS/CBS and project baselines for engineering, procurement, construction, hook-up, and commissioning.
  • •Monitor progress against approved baselines, identify schedule risks/slippages, and run critical path, what-if, and recovery scenarios.
  • •Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules; provide forecasts for completion and key milestones.
  • •Interface with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and discipline leads; support delay analysis and EOT evaluations for changes and claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 15 years of planning experience in oil & gas projects.
  • •At least 5+ years in a PMC role supporting ADNOC Offshore or similar operators.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • •Strong experience in offshore brownfield and greenfield projects with schedule risk analysis and progress measurement.
