Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure execution of planned customer-requested changes according to activity schedules, tracking progress to achieve SLA/KPI commitments.
  • •Own and execute customer service requests, system build, migrations, and operational activities across Basis, DB, and server domains while meeting SLA/KPI targets.
  • •Participate in migration activities including system copies, OS/DB migrations, cutover planning, and go-live support.
  • •Handle adhoc/immediate critical customer requests and provide quick responses during escalations to prevent impact during delivery.
  • •Analyze execution-quality feedback, drive procedure/process improvements with relevant teams, and streamline standard operating procedures via automation enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 9 years of work experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP and Java Basis Administration).
  • •Hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and basic experience with Sybase ASE and Business Objects.
  • •Practical knowledge of SAP technologies including S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and high availability/disaster recovery concepts.
  • •Experience with hyperscale cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed/private cloud operations.
  • •Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX, Linux Pacemaker, and automation tools; basic networking and storage knowledge.
