Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to assessing client environments and challenges, helping to discover, develop and deliver a Digital Controls solution fit for purpose and benefits.
  • •Lead development, implementation and optimisation of project controls & performance strategies, functional set-up and optimisation.
  • •Implement the Digital Controls platform to enable an optimized project controls & performance operating model.
  • •Deploy established P3M methodologies, processes, tools and systems, tailoring to specific circumstances and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • •Produce reports to support findings and recommendations across client engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience
  • •Experience leading development of project management or project controls & performance processes and configuring Digital Controls solutions
  • •Experience on capital projects/programmes covering multiple project controls functions (scope, schedule, cost, risk, performance reporting) in the infrastructure sector (rail, aviation, highways, utilities, defence, nuclear) or similar
  • •Understanding of target operating models and organisational design in capital infrastructure delivery businesses; PMO set-ups advantageous
  • •Experience of business transformations and change management activities
