Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage end to end execution of new M&A transactions across all phases of the M&A lifecycle including due-diligence, pre-close, and post-merger integration execution
•Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external) to deliver on M&A integration activities, ensuring accountability, clarity, and the removal of roadblocks to achieve successful outcomes
•Work with business and functional leaders to ensure alignment across operating model, integration approach and organizational structure
•Define integration-related key performance indicators to measure transaction-value drivers
•Drive technology rationalization and integration decisions across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, identity management, and data environments

Key Requirements

•Experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years of consulting experience or relevant experience
•Demonstrated success in global M&A and large-scale M&A IT integrations
•Strong background in information technology, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cloud platforms, and familiarity with enterprise architecture
•Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations
•Excellent interpersonal skills and executive experience, enabling clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
