Oracle HCM Techno Functional Analyst

Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM applications by translating HR business requirements into techno-functional solutions. Build and support technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations using Oracle HCM tools (including SQL/PL/SQL and BI Publisher). Govern and audit Oracle HCM security (RBAC, data roles, abstract roles), troubleshoot performance issues, and collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders. Leverage Oracle HCM AI/Generative AI features and maintain technical documentation and end-user training.
