Job Summary

Own end-to-end partnerships with Home & Living sellers and merchants, driving their growth by aligning collaboration models to short- and long-term plans. Help partners expand exposure through creators and seller-owned initiatives, and solve business-growth challenges through cross-functional collaboration. Provide consultative strategy across content, operations, merchandising, and logistics, using data to identify pain points and opportunities. Lead internal projects supporting campaigns and product launches.

•Drive and manage end-to-end business partnerships and experience with sellers and merchants.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key business growth challenges.
•Use data to understand pain points, define business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions; own internal projects for campaigns, product launches, and marketing.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in e-commerce with experience across both platform and brand/merchant sides.
•Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•High level written and spoken English proficiency for cross-country business communication and collaboration.
•Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
