Senior Manager - Payroll

Lead end-to-end payroll operations across a complex multi-country region spanning Asia, Middle East, Africa, and ANZ. Ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery through strategic vendor management, stakeholder partnerships, and continuous process improvement aligned to global standards. Serve as the regional payroll SPOC for escalations, monitor accuracy and controls, and drive payroll transformation using automation, KPIs, and data-driven insights while building and leading a high-performing payroll team.
