Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals to ensure continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • •Build and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate complex commercial terms to establish pricing, quality, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, program management, finance, and production leadership to drive sourcing initiatives and resolve tradeoffs.
  • •Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track supply chain health and provide regular performance reporting to management.
  • •Lead and manage a team of sourcing and supply chain professionals, including hiring, guidance, training, and risk mitigation for supply disruptions and market changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production-related role focused on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
  • •2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
  • •Strong communication skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
