•Direct experience building products in accounting/financial management, FP&A and planning, HR or recruiting solutions, or project and professional services management, with real product shipping experience.
•Mastered the full product lifecycle and led/coached and grew product managers by setting standards and raising the bar.
•Deep fluency in how mid-market services organizations run their back office, and a clear grasp of what makes ERP different from generic SaaS.
•Commercial ownership: understanding how product decisions drive ARR, win rate, and retention, including pricing and the commercial case.
•Bias to ship and strong product craft, with evidence of getting real products into customers’ hands.
