Job Summary

Lead large-scale regulatory compliance programs within the Trust & Safety Regulatory Compliance team, partnering with Legal and Compliance to deliver content and safety regulatory obligations. Own end-to-end program management from scoping through execution, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and timely responses to RFIs. Design scalable compliance frameworks, drive controls and assurance infrastructure, and support internal audit readiness while regularly updating leadership on compliance status and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage regulatory compliance projects from scoping through completion, including planning initiatives for forthcoming requirements.
•Coordinate resources across Trust & Safety and other functions, maintain issue logs, and conduct gap analyses for ongoing obligations.
•Ensure timely delivery of information for Requests for Information (RFIs) and other regulatory interactions, securing team contributions and reviews.
•Drive controls monitoring and investigate deviations in partnership with Legal and Compliance; track and implement audit recommendations and mitigation strategies from risk assessments.
•Facilitate development and execution of compliance frameworks for current and emerging regulatory challenges and communicate program status and risks to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Proven program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs end to end.
•Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and Online Safety Act(s), plus emerging regulations for digital platforms.
•Track record planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives across multiple regions with both strategic and tactical execution.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex information and conduct risk assessments.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing leadership in high-ambiguity environments.
