Job Summary

Drive influencer partnerships across Europe for Plaud’s AI productivity platform. Lead the full creator BD cycle—from outreach and negotiations to sampling and performance tracking—while maintaining a creator CRM, coordinating with operations and marketing, and delivering weekly performance insights to optimize campaigns and expand Plaud’s presence on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, reach out to, and onboard European TikTok creators/KOLs aligned with PLAUD product positioning
•Manage full creator BD cycle: outreach → negotiation → sampling → content briefing → performance tracking
•Maintain creator CRM database; track GMV, views, engagement, and ROI per creator partnership
•Coordinate cross-functionally with ops, logistics, and marketing teams for timely product sampling and campaign execution
•Analyse creator performance data and provide weekly reporting to TikTok lead; iterate BD strategy accordingly

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of BD, influencer marketing, or creator partnership experience (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram preferred)
•Proven track record of cold outreach and relationship management with content creators or media partners
•Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); able to draft compelling creator pitch emails independently
•Data-driven mindset: comfortable with Excel/Sheets for performance reporting and creator pipeline management
•Self-starter with high accountability; experience in fast-paced e-commerce or cross-border trade environment preferred
