Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize unit wet processes to meet yield and quality requirements for advanced NAND part types.
  • •Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins and validate manufacturability of next-node solutions.
  • •Integrate and troubleshoot processes within cross-functional teams to drive yield and quality improvement.
  • •Design and implement process monitoring and control methodologies within assigned scope, maintaining clear experiment records and technical reporting.
  • •Support process development activities including fundamental research, hardware evaluations, testing for novel applications, and contributions to IP generation where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or Master’s (≥3 years) or Bachelor’s (≥5 years) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.

  • •Technical skills in DOE/SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes.
