Key Responsibilities

•Co-manage a group purchasing portfolio in collaboration with the Head of Purchasing, negotiating prices and terms and driving supplier selection and contracting where applicable.
•Manage and resolve commercial and financial disputes with suppliers.
•Conduct active market watch on suppliers, technologies, and price movements to inform procurement strategy.
•Support Technical Development teams on new products and contribute to ERP-related procurement projects.
•Lead sourcing projects including supplier search, qualification, RFIs/RFPs, cost tracking and scheduling, and participate in supplier audits (HSE) and action plans.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in structured processes
•Master's degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Purchasing
•Strong negotiation skills and ability to define and formalize purchasing processes
•Experience with ERP systems and modules (SAP, Oracle, Ivalua)
•Ability to work in project mode with multiple stakeholders and improve processes
