Job Summary

Ensure end-to-end operations for corporate working capital and trade finance loan facilities, including disbursement, settlement, amendments, reconciliation, testing, and monitoring with zero errors. Follow agreed process notes/SOPs, manage portfolio delivery against SLA/TAT, review credit proposals and agreements, calculate fees/charges and related components, coordinate stakeholder exceptions, and perform daily reconciliations across banking systems while supporting UATs and compliance/EDD screening.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow agreed product program, process notes, SOPs, OPM/CPM/ADMs to ensure timely, accurate processing for corporate working capital & trade finance loan facilities.
•Review credit proposals and agreements at disbursement, ensuring no errors while preparing repayment schedules and calculating fees/charges, VAT, interest, profit, penalties, and charity.
•Ensure understanding of accounting standards and APPM for accrual of income and charge components.
•Manage SWIFT/UAEFTS payment processing and complete related UATs, addressing observations/defects promptly.
•Perform end-to-end coordination for exceptions to closure/resolution and conduct daily reconciliation across systems, ensuring accounts balance and no pending reconciliation entries in Nostro/Vostro or internal accounts.

Key Requirements

•4 - 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Working Capital & Trade Finance loans facilities.
•Experience handling multiple system UATs, BRD preparations, and meeting deadlines.
•Knowledge of banking platforms/systems including Flex (Oracle), ELCM, SWIFT, UAEFTS, EDMS, LLOYDs, FIRCO, and SCF/IMX/Kastle.
•Ability to learn new banking systems quickly and identify gaps; experience with complex reconciliations across banking systems.
•Good knowledge of trade documents and trade cycle, including reviewing credit proposals and agreements and performing EDD & Compliance screening.
