Job Summary

Product leader responsible for defining and delivering stablecoin-enabled and Web3 payment solutions in Hong Kong, bridging payments, digital assets, regulation, and platform engineering. Lead end-to-end product delivery, define strategy, and drive partnerships with regulators, issuers, wallets, exchanges, banks and fintechs to enable compliant, scalable stablecoin flows through Mastercard’s network.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the product vision, principles, and roadmap for stablecoin and Web3 payment solutions in Hong Kong
•Own end-to-end product development from concept to launch and iteration
•Translate regulatory, network, security, and partner requirements into product specs and user journeys
•Lead partnerships with stablecoin issuers, wallet providers, exchanges, banks, and fintechs
•Collaborate with regulators and internal teams to ensure AML/KYC, sanctions screening, and data privacy compliance

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
•Proven track record shipping B2B/B2B2C platform products (APIs, rails, settlement systems, risk services)
•Strong understanding of payment flows (authorization/clearing/settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes, KYC/AML, fraud)
•Working knowledge of digital assets and stablecoins: issuance models, wallet infrastructure, on/off ramps, custody concepts
•Ability to collaborate with regulators and compliance stakeholders, translating requirements into product controls
