Job Summary

We are seeking a Health and Safety Analyst to join the People team at the Barcelona HQ. You will support and control all Health and Safety matters under Spanish law, lead prevention of work-related accidents, design risk-mitigation measures, conduct internal audits, and coordinate with the international team to ensure compliant and safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and control all Health and Safety matters according to Spanish law
•Lead the company to prevent work-related accidents and ensure compliance with local regulations
•Design and propose measures to correct detected risks and improve working conditions
•Carry out internal audits across different workplaces
•Coordinate with the international team on Health & Safety aspects and manage PPE, training, and emergency procedures
