Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop assigned styles/collections in cooperation with Designers, internal teams and suppliers and ensure alignment with design targets, quality and price
  • •Proactively contribute to development by proposing alternative garment execution to optimize garment targets
  • •Manage and execute time and action plans and ensure on-time delivery of samples in good execution, quality and fit
  • •Coordinate and monitor activities regarding development, approval and communication of fabric, trimming and accessory suppliers
  • •Drive cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve an efficient product development process and ensure finalization and approval prior to bulk order placement
