  • •Design, with key stakeholders, a 1–3 year business plan for the territory and ensure activity remains flexible to evolving trading conditions.
  • •Develop and execute tailored sales plans to penetrate untapped markets, grow market share, expand into new geographies, and identify business development opportunities.
  • •Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets while monitoring performance month-on-month and addressing gaps with actionable insights.
  • •Build and lead a sales team by setting clear expectations, mentoring sales colleagues, managing resources, and conducting regular 1-on-1s.
  • •Represent the organization externally and build relationships with institutions, market segments, and government bodies to unlock opportunities and expand accounts.
