Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze project budgets, cost forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) metrics.
  • •Support project cost initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout activities.
  • •Integrate cost management with scope, schedule, risk, quality, and contract management processes using earned value and cost performance measurement techniques.
  • •Perform contract commercial management support, including payment processing, performance assessment, and forecasting, and analyze contract performance trends.
  • •Provide standard and ad hoc cost reporting and analysis, partnering with project teams to identify cost risks/opportunities and recommend corrective, preventive, and predictive actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,000 - 144,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •For Associate level: High School Diploma or GED, plus 3+ years using Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • •For Project Cost Analyst level: 3+ years of cost analysis, financial analysis, project controls, project management, accounting, or construction/engineering-related experience.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, including experience supporting project budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • •For Senior level: 7+ years in project controls, cost management, financial analysis, and capital project/construction management (or similar disciplines).
  • •Advanced knowledge of project cost forecasting, earned value management, risk analysis, and project controls methodologies.
