Key Responsibilities

  • •Check and confirm production plans to align with shipment plans and the factory calendar to meet Production and Company KPIs.
  • •Coordinate with the warehouse RM department to ensure material readiness, track material shortages, and provide immediate solutions.
  • •Control line execution by fully utilizing manpower, tooling/machines, and time to meet the production schedule.
  • •Monitor production activities against daily/weekly/monthly targets and drive KPI performance for on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • •Maintain compliance with laws and company codes, enforce EHS in manufacturing, and lead employee mentoring and issue analysis/actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in Production Manufacturing.
  • •More than 3 years of experience in middle management.
  • •Good presentation and data analysis skills.
  • •Good people management, project management, and coordination/communication skills.
