Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in running store operations and leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets. Monitor performance through reports, implement profit opportunities, and manage day-to-day costs including stock, payroll, admin, and rosters. Coach and develop team members through training and product knowledge, maintain strong visual standards, and take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
