Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Commercial Finance team in preparing, reviewing, and submitting quarterly budgets and forecasts with robust assumptions and timely delivery.
  • •Lead forecast P&L rollover and maintenance, including uploading forecast data and partnering with the EMEA Actuals Reporting team for accurate submissions.
  • •Partner with EMEA Marketing, Visual Merchandise, and Health and Safety teams for budget/forecasting ownership and month-end reporting.
  • •Review monthly P&Ls and key cost lines, perform variance analysis, and provide clear management commentary.
  • •Prepare month-end journals, accruals, and reconciliations (including Sales, Personal Vouches, Courier Accruals, and Quarterly Gift Card Accruals).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 40,000 - 47,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Formal professional accountancy qualification fully or part qualified (CIMA or ACCA international equivalent).
  • •Strong retail background in a multi-currency, multi entity business.
  • •Experience using SAP and HP/HFM is desirable.
  • •Analytical and detail-conscious with commercial acumen.
  • •Proven ability to take ownership, meet deadlines under pressure, and support informed decision-making.
