Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for US GTM positions.
  • •Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • •Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for US GTM roles including sales, business development, customer success, and partnerships.
  • •Conduct initial outreach, resume reviews, and qualification screens while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • •Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback accurately in the applicant tracking system.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably for US GTM or commercial roles.
  • •Experience sourcing or recruiting in the B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI industry.
  • •Ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to engage US-based candidates through outreach and screening conversations.
  • •Comfort working remotely and during night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST to support US GTM hiring.
