Job Summary

Provide financial leadership for a family office and its investments, covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and robust financial controls and reporting. Partner with the CEO and investment team to support investment evaluation, financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and strategic transactions such as acquisitions and disposals. Act as a trusted advisor for governance and commercial decision-making while coordinating with banks, auditors, and external advisers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
•Oversee treasury, cash flow, and liquidity management.
•Develop and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks, including governance and reporting across family office entities.
•Support evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
•Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisers.

Key Requirements

•10–17 years’ experience with finance leadership experience.
•Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
•Existing Qatar experience and an established professional network within Qatar.
•Strong financial modeling and analytical capability, including investment/transaction exposure.
•Experience supporting acquisitions, investments, or strategic projects.
