Key Responsibilities

  • •Select and install components/devices for switchboard assembly using hand and power tools.
  • •Use drawings/diagrams/blueprints, bills of materials, order entry systems, and instructions to assemble switchboards/panelboards and identify missing components.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •No relocation benefit—must reside within the immediate area of the Sumter facility (50 mile radius).
  • •Experience in complex assembly operations or assembly requiring drawings/diagrams.
  • •Experience with measuring devices (e.g., tape measure and calipers) and reading blueprints/manufacturing drawings/instructions.
