Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections to monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements.
  • •Conduct daily field inspections and maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • •Review and interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents; prepare detailed inspection reports.
  • •Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning; track quality assurance progress and support turnovers.
  • •Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project compliance and timely issue resolution, including regular safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma plus 6 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • •Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •Experience inspecting building construction.
  • •Four (4) years of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction.
