Key Responsibilities

•Deliver quality care to antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum women and neonates in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
•Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
•Facilitate positive patient and family experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
•Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions according to company standards and legal requirements
•Create and contribute to a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
•At least two years of nursing experience in own country
•Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft Suite) and strong written/verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of patient safety standards and relevant regulations
•Ability to supervise and mentor learners and nursing staff
