Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Complete store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
