Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day servicing for designated middle-market accounts, including contract analysis, coverage/exposure analysis, endorsements, and routine billing questions.
  • •Manage renewal control and preparation of quotes/proposals and binding coverage; handle claim reporting and follow-up.
  • •Assist Producers/Account Executives with marketing submissions, including gathering exposure data, researching values, and preparing replacement cost assessments.
  • •Complete ACORD and specialty/supplemental applications, create broker of record (BOR) letters, and support carrier acceptance.
  • •Maintain client and carrier documentation workflows, including file set-up, evidence of insurance, diary alerts/follow-ups, proofreading accuracy, and billing data entry 30 days prior to due dates.

Key Requirements

  • •Property and casualty insurance license upon hire is required.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with understanding of underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.
  • •In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and ability to communicate clearly to clients and underwriters.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and intermediate-or-above Excel; EPIC experience preferred; ACORD application experience (implied).
