Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of new and improved packaging solutions through NPD, value engineering, and ESG activities in MEA.
  • •Coordinate packaging development and improvement projects for existing and new products.
  • •Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date specifications for packaging materials across products.
  • •Follow up on and report sample studies for designed and developed packages.
  • •Develop alternative materials and packaging processes, run saving studies, coordinate trials, support lab activities, and coordinate supplier relations for new NPDs and technical specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial or Chemical) or Food Technology.
  • •1–3 years of experience in packaging development.
  • •Proficient English.
  • •Knowledge of key packaging formats and materials, key characteristics, analytical methods, and regulatory/legal aspects.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing and key packaging machines and how they operate.
