Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement end-to-end DevSecOps pipelines with shift-left security (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST) embedded into CI/CD workflows.
  • •Define and enforce policy-as-code and security guardrails across cloud infrastructure (e.g., OPA, Azure Policy).
  • •Architect and govern secure Infrastructure as Code frameworks and cloud environments (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Bicep).
  • •Own SRE strategy, roadmap, and operating model including SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks, error budget policies, observability, and incident management.
  • •Lead zero-trust architecture and resilience initiatives, including secrets management, container orchestration standards, chaos engineering, and toil reduction automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •5-10 years of total industry experience, with 3+ years in a DevSecOps or SRE Lead role.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale cloud-native transformation programs.
  • •Certification of Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and certification of DevOps tools.
  • •Ability to lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
