Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, challenge, drive, maintain, and update highly complex project schedules in Primavera P6, aligned to milestones and deliverables.
  • •Analyze, report, justify, and present schedule performance to C-suite and Board levels, including variances and forecasts.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather input and validate schedule logic and sequencing.
  • •Conduct critical path and risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and support schedule baseline development including contractor schedule integration.
  • •Assist with resource loading/leveling and earned value management reporting; contribute to delivery of QSRA/QCRA and ensure compliance with project controls standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale infrastructure and/or energy projects.
  • •At least 10 years in a leadership or lead scheduling capacity overseeing complex programs.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, plus excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
