Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
  • •Establish maintenance priorities and assign work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • •Monitor equipment performance, implement corrective actions, and drive reliability improvements.
  • •Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and machine guarding requirements.
  • •Coordinate equipment installations, modifications, and facility improvements; support Kaizen/continuous improvement and TPM/Lean initiatives.

Key Requirements
