Manage sensitive, complex employee relations investigations to support a fair and inclusive workplace. Lead end-to-end interview and inquiry activities, develop standardized investigation processes, and maintain accurate documentation in a centralized system. Use data to identify trends and recommend proactive mitigation, advise HR and operations leadership on policy enforcement, and help partner on programs and practices that sustain a positive work environment. Hybrid schedule based at the Universal City office.
