Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with senior executives and HR partner groups to deliver HR strategy aligned with organizational needs.
  • •Embed HRBP talent strategy within the LOB leadership team, translating business strategy into culture and talent plans.
  • •Drive talent-related deliverables including workforce planning (succession), recruiting/retention, skills gap assessment, and human capital risk remediation.
  • •Manage employment practice risk, including associate relations mitigation and staffing/co-employment strategies.
  • •Lead enterprise-wide HR projects, provide executive coaching, and measure HR strategy/program effectiveness using data to drive intentional action.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 217,000 - 272,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 9 years of client-facing experience OR at least 9 years of consulting experience (or a combination).
  • •At least 9 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
  • •At least 11+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting (preferred).
