Job Summary

Lead strategy and business analysis to identify and evaluate new opportunities across products, marketing strategies, and partnerships. Own P&L business cases with a 1–6 month planning horizon, drive execution of business initiatives, and coordinate delivery across teams including Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Use analytics to solve major business challenges, advise senior leadership on market dynamics and competitor moves, and mentor analysts to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in changing consumer and regulatory conditions.
•Maintain P&L accountability for business cases and lead strategic planning across a 1–6 month horizon.
•Coordinate and collaborate across the business to build requirements and execute initiatives, overseeing multiple projects and programs concurrently.
•Partner with colleagues across Tech, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
•Use analytics-driven decision making to understand market dynamics, competitor moves, and emerging trends; may eventually manage and develop analysts.
